Purified Water Generation System

Hiflux Systems has a great experience in design, supply, installation and validation of purified water generation, storage and distribution system. Hiflux Systems plants are designed in accordance with the cGMP guideline and complies the International Standards like USP, EP and JP. RO Unit is used to remove the dissolved salt from the water. Reverse osmosis uses the High-pressure pump to increase the feed pressure at the salt side of the RO and forces the water across the semi-permeable RO membrane, leaving around 90% to 95% of dissolved salts in the reject stream. The feed pressure depends upon the concentration of the salt present in the water. The higher the concentration of salt in the feed water, more feed pressure will be required to overcome the Osmotic Pressure. Electrodeionization (EDI) is used after reverse osmosis for the polishing of the demineralized water and obtain water of low conductivity. Hiflux Systems are designed for the maximum recovery without compromising with the life of the Plant.
